Having been raised in a small town, Todd has always had a special place in his heart for the underdog who not only succeeds individually, but also lifts others along the way. When he is not at work, you will find him working in the yard, coaching his kids’ teams, cooking with his wife, or cheering on the local high school athletic teams. He began working with HintonBurdick in 1997 as an intern, during which time he learned that every individual in an organization shares responsibility for its success. In the years since then, Todd has had extensive experience in providing audit, accounting, and consulting services to local governments as well as for-profit and not-for-profit entities.
Drawing upon his desire for teaching and lifting others, he was instrumental in developing HintonBurdick’s Local Government Seminar and has been a presenter at the seminar since its inception. He enjoys teaching, presenting at seminars, and facilitating training for both the firm and its clients. Todd is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Dixie State University where he teaches courses in financial accounting and auditing. He is passionate about helping clients and his students become successful in finding solutions to problems and meeting their personal and organizational goals.
