Nichole grew up at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an avid tennis player, she fell in love with St. George after attending a tennis tournament in the area. The love of the red rocks and desert motivated her to attend Dixie State University (Now Utah Technical University).

Nichole’s passion for the Human Resources field is evident in her approach with employees and businesses that she partners with. She is motivated to help employees and businesses cultivate an environment that is supportive, creative, and productive.

Nichole enjoys spending time outdoors in Southern Utah and the surrounding area. Hiking, running, cycling, tennis, skiing, and golfing are all favorite activities. Nichole enjoys the beauty of nature and the perspective it brings to daily life.
