“I grew up planting, constructing, and harvesting alongside my Dad,” explains Chad Atkinson.  Chad’s rural southern Utah roots instilled his persistent work ethic and life-long focus on community-building.  An avid adventurer, Chad enjoys hiking, canyoneering, rappelling, backpacking and parenting his six children.  Following two years of volunteer service in Japan, Chad combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his aptitude for numbers and graduated with a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Utah.  He started his career at HintonBurdick and became the youngest CPA in the history of the firm to join the partnership.  Chad is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, championed the firm’s recent rebranding efforts, and is leading HintonBurdick’s innovative client-facing focus.
